My standard leadership programme is aimed at individuals in mid-level roles. This does however depend on the organisation, level of experience and previous knowledge so it is important we have a detailed discussion around this so that it can be tailored to the specific individuals in the cohort.
The programme covers the core foundational skills that all leaders need as well as linking these to bigger, strategic organisational objectives and values.
After each module delegates are encouraged to take action. They are asked to consider how the areas we cover link to their own organisation and how they can apply their specific learnings to their role and the business objectives.
1:1 coaching can also be included as part of the programme to personalise and embed the learning further on an individual level.

I use my background as a senior HR leader in a very fast paced, demanding environment to shape my approach to my coaching and development initiatives.
I focus on initially enabling self-awareness in the leaders that I work with so that they understand themselves, their values, their strengths and triggers to support them with their personal and professional development in a way that is personally sustainable for them. We then move onto working through their own personal goals and/or challenges.
